I can’t recall the exact moment that I fell in love with Dance mom I don’t dance I just finance shirt, but I do know the very first time I saw Top Of The Pops. It was November 1982 I can confidently confirm this because I checked online when that edition’s Number One topped the charts and I was instantly smitten. Back in late seventies and early eighties Ireland, there were very few outlets to hear pop music. If you didn’t possess a song on cassette or on vinyl, you had to hope be it Larry Gogan or Vincent Hanly.
